Refund Policy for Bali PMA Visa

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Bali PMA Visa, operated by Juara Holding, processes refunds for our visa consulting services. We strive to provide clear and transparent policies to ensure a fair experience for all our clients seeking Indonesian PMA (Penanaman Modal Asing) visas.

Our Services

Bali PMA Visa specializes in providing expert consulting and support for individuals and businesses applying for various Indonesian visas, with a particular focus on PMA visas. Our services include, but are not limited to, initial consultations, document preparation and review, application submission, and liaison with Indonesian immigration authorities.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Our refund policy is structured to reflect the stages of work involved in the visa application process and the non-recoverable costs incurred at each stage. Please read the following carefully:

1. Before Government Submission of Application (80% Refund)

If you decide to cancel your visa application service before your complete application package has been officially submitted to the Indonesian government immigration authorities, you are eligible for a refund of 80% of the service fees paid to Bali PMA Visa.

The remaining 20% of the service fees will be retained by Bali PMA Visa to cover administrative costs, initial consultation, expert advice provided, document review, preparation of your file, internal processing, and any other preparatory work already undertaken on your behalf. This 20% compensates for the significant time and resources invested by our team from the moment you engage our services up to the point of potential government submission.

2. After Government Submission of Application (0% Refund)

Once your complete visa application package has been officially submitted to the Indonesian government immigration authorities (e.g., Directorate General of Immigration, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, or relevant local immigration offices), no refund will be issued for the service fees paid to Bali PMA Visa.

At this stage, our primary service work, which involves thorough consultation, document preparation, and the critical act of submitting your application to the government, has been completed. The fees paid cover the professional expertise, time, and resources expended by Bali PMA Visa to reach this crucial stage. Any government fees or third-party charges (e.g., translation, notarization, courier fees) that we have paid on your behalf are also non-refundable at this point, as these are typically non-recoverable from the respective government or third-party entities.

Non-Refundable Circumstances & Exclusions

In addition to the conditions above, refunds will generally not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Rejection by Indonesian Immigration Authorities (Not Our Fault): Bali PMA Visa provides expert guidance and diligent application preparation. However, the final decision on any visa application rests solely with the Indonesian immigration authorities. We cannot guarantee visa approval. Therefore, if your visa application is rejected by immigration due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., changes in government policy, the applicant’s prior immigration history, undisclosed information, the discretion of the immigration officer, or any other reason not directly attributable to an error in our service provision), no refund will be issued for our service fees.
  • Provision of Inaccurate or Incomplete Information by Client: If your application is delayed or rejected due to inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information provided by you, or if you fail to provide required documents in a timely manner, no refund will be issued.
  • Client Withdrawal After Work Commenced: If you decide to withdraw your application after we have begun work on your file (even before government submission, applying the 20% retention as per point 1), but specifically after significant preparatory work has been done, the applicable refund will be determined based on the stage of completion.
  • Changes in Government Policy or Regulations: Changes in immigration laws, policies, or procedures implemented by the Indonesian government that impact your application after our service engagement are beyond our control. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure): No refunds will be issued for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, government mandates, or other events beyond the reasonable control of Bali PMA Visa.
