These Terms of Service explain how we work together when you engage Bali Visa Urgent — a private visa-facilitation and concierge service based in Bali, Indonesia, and part of the Juara Holding Group. By asking us to assist with your visa, you agree to the terms set out below.
This page is general information and not legal advice. We are not a government agency. Official immigration fees are set by Indonesian regulation, and final decisions on any application rest with the relevant authorities.
We provide a private facilitation and concierge service: we advise on the right visa, prepare your application, and liaise with licensed partners and immigration on your behalf. We are not a government body and do not issue visas ourselves.
Because decisions and processing times are controlled by Indonesian immigration, we cannot guarantee a particular outcome or a fixed timeframe. What we promise is careful, professional work and clear communication throughout.
You are responsible for giving us accurate, complete and up-to-date documents and information. Our advice and the strength of your application depend directly on what you provide.
If information turns out to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, it may cause delays, additional costs, or a refusal — and in those cases we cannot be held responsible for the result. Please tell us promptly if anything about your situation changes.
Your total cost is made up of two parts: our service fee for handling the work, and the official government fees that are set by Indonesian regulation. We keep these clearly separated so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
We confirm a quote with you before any work begins. Official fees are passed on as charged by the authorities, and your service fee covers the preparation, submission and support we provide.
Approvals, rejections and processing times are decided solely at the discretion of Indonesian immigration. Even a correctly prepared and complete application may be delayed or refused for reasons that are entirely outside our control.
For this reason, we do not and cannot guarantee that any application will be approved or completed within a specific period.
You agree to comply with Indonesian immigration law and with the conditions of any visa or permit you hold. It is your responsibility to observe your permitted activities, stay dates and reporting obligations.
We assist only with lawful applications. We do not support or facilitate any unlawful activity, false documentation or misrepresentation, and we may decline or stop work where we believe a request is unlawful or improper.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid us for the relevant application. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes determined by the authorities.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our service or in applicable requirements. The version published on this website is the one that applies.
Where a change is significant, we will aim to make it clear. Continuing to use our service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any matter relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
If you have any questions about these terms, or about a service you have engaged us for, please contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will be happy to help.
