Bali Visa Urgent is a private visa-facilitation and concierge service based in Bali, Indonesia, and part of the Juara Holding Group. To prepare and submit a visa application we need some of your personal details — this page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
This is general information and not legal advice. We are not a government agency, and official immigration fees are set by Indonesian regulation. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to reach us on WhatsApp or by email.
To assess your situation and prepare an application, we may collect your name, nationality, date of birth, passport details, current and previous visa or permit information, travel dates, and the contact details you give us — such as your phone number, WhatsApp number or email address.
We only ask for what is genuinely needed to advise you and to complete the specific service you have requested. You choose what you send us, and you can ask us before sharing anything you are unsure about.
We use your information to assess your eligibility, recommend the right visa or permit, prepare and submit your application, and keep you updated on its progress. We also use your contact details to reply to your enquiries and to send you information directly related to the service you have asked for.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.
Much of our communication happens over WhatsApp. Any messages you send through WhatsApp are handled in accordance with WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices, which sit outside our control.
The contact buttons and forms on this website simply open a pre-filled chat in your own messaging app — they do not store your message on the website itself. Nothing is submitted to us until you choose to send the message from your device.
Documents you share with us, such as passport scans and supporting paperwork, are treated as confidential and used only to complete your application. We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to keep your information protected and to limit access to the people working on your file.
No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take practical steps to reduce risk and to handle your documents responsibly throughout the process.
To process your application we may share the necessary information with licensed partners, sponsors or counsel who assist with submission, and with the relevant Indonesian immigration authorities. We share only what is required for your specific application to move forward.
We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by Indonesian law or by a lawful request from a competent authority.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service, to maintain a record of the work completed, and to meet any legal, accounting or regulatory obligations that apply to us.
When information is no longer required for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete it or to keep it only in a limited, secured form.
You may ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct anything that is inaccurate, or to delete information we no longer need to keep. You can also withdraw your consent to optional uses at any time.
To make any of these requests, simply contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
This website may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve its content and performance. These tools generally collect aggregated, non-identifying information such as pages viewed and approximate location.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or about how your information is handled, please reach out to us on WhatsApp or by email. We are happy to explain anything that is unclear and to help with any request you may have.
