Third, a compliance read by someone who did not assemble the file — a second pair of eyes is the only reliable defence against the small omissions that cause rejections. Fourth, submission and tracking. The same thread carries all four steps so nothing is re-explained.
What the compliance read actually checks
Passport validity against the minimum the route requires, sponsor documents, financial evidence in the format the portal accepts, and the arithmetic of dates — entry stamp, current permission, requested extension, departure booking. Most rejections we see elsewhere come from date arithmetic, not from exotic legal problems.
